The “Surround” concept transforms the underutilised space beneath the elevated MRT railway into a vibrant community hub, celebrating Kepong’s unique character of “enclosure” and connection. This project envisions a dynamic gathering place enriched with green spaces, comfortable seating, and community amenities, inviting locals to engage, relax, and connect.
